REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Assignmate, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized services to our users. Due to the nature of our business, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. NO REFUND POLICY

All services provided by Assignmate—including both digital services (PPTs, Designing, Content Writing) and physical products (Handwritten EG Sheets, Mini Projects)—are custom-made, hand-written, or specifically designed according to individual user requirements.

Consequently:

• Once an order has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• For physical goods, since they are hand-written or custom-drawn per your specific request, they cannot be refunded once produced.

2. CANCELLATIONS

• You may request to cancel an order before the work has commenced.
• If the work has already started (e.g., our experts have begun drafting, writing, or designing), refund may not be possible. A partial refund may be issued at the discretion of management, depending on the progress made.
• Once the status of the order is moved to "In Progress" or "Processing," cancellations are generally not accepted.

3. ASSIGNMATE PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Refunds for Assignmate Pro subscriptions are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Users must follow the refund request process outlined by the platform through which the purchase was made. Assignmate does not directly process subscription refunds.

4. REVISIONS

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction.

• Digital Goods: If the delivered digital work does not meet the specific requirements provided in the initial order, you may request a revision within 12 hours of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to align the work with your original instructions.
• Physical Goods: Revisions are not possible for physical goods once handwriting or drawing has commenced.

5. EXCEPTIONS

In the rare event of a duplicate payment or a technical error resulting in an overcharge, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
