REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Assignmate, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized services to our users. Due to the nature of our business, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

All services provided by Assignmate—including both digital services (PPTs, Designing, Content Writing) and physical products (Handwritten EG Sheets, Mini Projects)—are custom-made, hand-written, or specifically designed according to individual user requirements.

Refunds for Assignmate Pro subscriptions are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Users must follow the refund request process outlined by the platform through which the purchase was made. Assignmate does not directly process subscription refunds.

4. REVISIONS

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction.

5. EXCEPTIONS

In the rare event of a duplicate payment or a technical error resulting in an overcharge, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
