Welcome to Assignmate. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Assignmate provides professional project assistance, content creation, design, and professional support services. These include, but are not limited to:

• Digital Services: PPTs, Arts & Graphics, Content Writing, Websites/Apps development.
• Physical Services: EG Sheets, Mini Projects, and Handwritten Write-ups.

2. ASSIGNMATE PRO (SUBSCRIPTION)

Assignmate offers an optional "Pro" subscription that provides users with exclusive benefits, including:

• Priority Support: Faster response times for inquiries and issues.
• Expert Consistency: Work with the same dedicated specialist for each specific service category to ensure quality and continuity.
• Priority Delivery: Accelerated turnaround times for project completion.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a Monthly (₹99) or Yearly (₹299) basis. Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the respective app store.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must use our services for legitimate purposes and comply with all applicable laws and institutional regulations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Upon full payment, the ownership of the specific work delivered to you is transferred to you for your personal use.
• Assignmate retains the right to use non-confidential elements of the work for internal quality control and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

5. PAYMENTS AND PRICING

• Prices for services are calculated based on the complexity, volume, and urgency of the request.
• All payments must be made through our authorized payment methods within the app.
• Work on an order only commences once the payment terms (full or partial as specified) are met.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Assignmate is a professional service provider. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as grades or professional success) resulting from the use of our services.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or the services provided.

7. SERVICE DELIVERY

• Digital products will be delivered via email or WhatsApp or any shareable platform.
• Physical products will be delivered to the address provided by the user. Assignmate is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or third-party courier services.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Assignmate operates.
